RNAO is the professional association representing over 40,000 registered nurses in Ontario. Their Baseline CMS website was launched in Spring 2006. The RNAO website CMS manages a number of membership and leadership extranets, project extranets and micro sites.

In 2007, the Registered Nurses Association received the Canadian Society of Association Executives Communication Award of Excellence for the best website of 2007, in recognition of excellence in communication.

NMA also created a custom online registration form for RNAO members, that was integrated with RNAO's AMSOFT member management system.

Also in 2007, a bilingual website that helps nurses to assist their patients to stop smoking was launched. The website features engaging, informative animations and an online community where nurses can share their knowledge and advice. www.tobaccofreernao.ca
