Cameron Hawkins, President, Senior Information Architect. Cameron leads the requirements and specification stages of NMA's client projects. He ensures that your strategic business objectives, internal processes and end-user needs are balanced, integrated and fully documented. Together with VP Paul Duffy, Cameron is responsible for planning the Baseline CMS product development roadmap and for executing on NMA's long-term strategies.
Prior to founding NMA in 1997, Cameron was an independent creator and producer of multimedia content for film, television, radio, and live performance - a 20-year pioneer in the use of technology as a medium for creative communication. His innovative and award-winning productions have been featured on CBC, CTV, Muchmusic, Global TV, TVO and on stages across North America. Cameron has completed executive development programs at Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto and Sloan Business School, MIT, Cambridge. He has served as the chair of the Information Architecture Program Advisory Committee for Centennial College, since 2001.
Paul Duffy, Vice-President, Corporate and Business Development. Paul is responsible NMA's long-term planning and executive oversight. With a BSc. in Computer Science, Paul specializes in the development of sales, marketing and communication strategies that maximize the value of emerging technologies. A ground-breaking entrepreneur in field of eLearning, Paul was the founder of Corporate Communications Interactive, where his leadership and vision built CCI into a global leader in online product knowledge and communications solutions. Paul sits on the Board of Directors for The Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences and is Chair of "The Campaign For Michener" - a fund-raising program dedicated to building the campus of the future.
Paul has spent over 20 years designing and implementing online training solutions for Microsoft, Honeywell, IBM, Watson Wyatt, Thomson Corporation, American Eagle Outfitters, Dendrite International, General Electric, Pearson Education, Johnstone Supply, Toro Corporation, AT&T, in addition to numerous mid-size corporations, governments and not-for-profit organizations.
Todd Climenhage is the software architect of Baseline CMS and has led all NMA development projects since joining NMA in 1999. Todd is responsible for executing on the product development roadmap for Baseline CMS, which is an ongoing process at NMA - delivering innovative features such as the Baseline Form Generator (surveys, questionnaires, registration and applications) and Extranet Content Management (simplified content management for staff and partners). Todd received a post-graduate diploma from Niagara College in Interactive Multimedia Programming in 1997. In addition to working full-time at NMA, Todd is nearing completion of his Bachelor of Information Technology Management at Ryerson University.
Vivek Narula is NMA's marketing manager and customer support representative. He is very often the first person you speak with at NMA - and quite likely the one that you just spoke with. Vivek is responsible for sustaining the high level of customer support that has been the key to NMA's successful, multi-year, website implementations. He will oversee the preparation and population of content into your new Baseline CMS - show you how you can manage your website going forward - then support you as you take over the reins. Vivek, who joined NMA in 2004, has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters in Creative Writing from the Maharishi University of Management, Fairfield, Iowa. He has been a Big Brother for the past six years.
Jessica VanDusen, our information architect and interface developer, joined NMA in 2005. A graduate of the International Academy of Design, her skills include graphic design, Flash development and HTML, CSS and JavaScript and jQuery programming. For Baseline CMS projects, Jessica oversees the organization and presentation of key content that incorporates your brand elements into a simple, easy-to-follow, "user-friendly" experience. Jessica will coordinate the development of your Website Specification and ensure that the finished product matches that specification. Together with Vivek, Jessica assists in the training and support of Baseline CMP website administrators. She is a volunteer at Windreach Farms, which offers therapeutic and recreational horseback riding lessons to individuals with special needs.
Eddie Ruminski is the creative design specialist at NMA. Eddie turns your technical and business requirements into 'things of beauty'. He is an online marketing and communication guru who knows how to integrate branding, messaging and content into a compelling design, with a contemporary look and feel. Eddie has completed the Interactive Multimedia post-graduate course at Sheridan College and has worked with a variety of marketing & advertising firms throughout Ontario. His creative skills include conceptual storyboarding and photography, and his balanced-stone sculptures can be viewed at stonearth.ca. Eddie was chosen as one of the 'Most inspirational local arts people of 2008' in his hometown of Oakville, Ontario.
